Seceon Inc. is hiring 25 Software Engineers for full-time remote positions to contribute to the development and enhancement of its AI-driven cybersecurity platform.

Seceon Inc. provides a next-generation, AI-powered cybersecurity platform designed to help enterprises, Managed Service Providers (MSPs), and Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs) detect, respond to, and remediate cyber threats in real time.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and systems concepts.
• Experience in Software Development and Programming, with proficiency in at least one modern language (e.g., Java, Python, Go, C++).
• Hands-on expertise in Back-End Web Development, building RESTful or event-driven services and working with databases.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
• Familiarity with distributed systems, microservices, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is highly beneficial.
• Exposure to cybersecurity concepts, logging, and monitoring tools is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and maintaining reliable, scalable back-end services and APIs that support high-volume security event processing.
• Developing new product features, optimizing existing systems, and writing clean, efficient, testable, and well-documented code.
• Collaborating closely with product managers, software architects, and QA engineers to understand requirements, participate in code reviews, and deliver secure and robust solutions.
• Troubleshooting and resolving production issues, improving development automation and engineering tools, optimizing system performance, and contributing to continuous product improvements.
• Participating in Agile ceremonies and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure features are delivered efficiently and meet quality and security standards.
