Requirements & Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Production, Aerospace, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related discipline).
• Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of relevant industry experience.
• Basic understanding of data analytics and data visualization concepts.
• Exposure to Microsoft tools and/or Tableau through academic projects, internships, certifications, or professional experience.
• Familiarity with AI tools and an interest in applying them to engineering and business processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, standardize, and maintain operational and quality data across business systems.
• Partner with Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Program teams to deliver data for leadership reviews.
• Develop automated dashboards and KPI reports for leadership and business reviews.
• Drive reporting and process automation using Microsoft Tools.
• Analyze trends across quality, manufacturing, supplier, and operational metrics to provide actionable insights.
• Support Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and process improvement initiatives focused on cost, quality, delivery, and productivity.
