Requirements & Eligibility

• Outstanding writing skills, grammar, editorial skills, ability to articulate information exceptionally well, and attention to detail
• Ability to learn new technical concepts, skills, and tools quickly
• The ability to identify a problem and follow it through to resolution
• Ability to work independently and reliably with minimal supervision in a non-traditional setting
• Experience working as part of a larger marketing strategy execution plan
• API Documentation
• 1-3 years of Technical writing experience
• Science or Engineering graduate

Key Responsibilities

• Owning the quality and delivery of technical documentation, and other customer-facing content materials
• Revising all the product content and keeping them updated with ongoing feature releases and updates
• Creating clear and well-structured documentation and how-to guides that reduce ambiguity and enable quick integration with Whatfix
• Proactively, detect and address inconsistencies and information gaps in all forms of customer-facing content
• Train, and onboard other writers
