The Associate Data Analyst will assist in the collection, processing, and analysis of data to help drive business insights. This role requires an analytical mindset, proficiency in data analysis tools, and the ability to present actionable insights to business stakeholders.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field
• 0-2 years of experience in data analysis or related fields (internships or academic projects can be considered)
• Ability to clearly communicate complex data insights to stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
• Knowledge of machine learning or AI concepts can be advantageous

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, clean, and preprocess large datasets from multiple sources
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency and Collaborate with functional teams, tech teams to improve data pipelines
• Identify trends and patterns through exploratory data analysis
• Apply statistical methods to derive insights
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports
• Present actionable insights to support business decisions
• Work with teams across sourcing, category and operations
• Simplify complex data findings for non-technical stakeholders
