Requirements & Eligibility

• Proficiency in JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, Java, or other relevant programming languages.
• 1-3 years of experience in Product Development, Full Stack Development, or Software Engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with React.js and Node.js frameworks.
• Hands-on experience in implementing projects with strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms.
• Good knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases and database management concepts.
• Ability to write clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Implement requirements on time while maintaining exceptional quality.
• Understand requirements accurately and implement them without compromise—making it work first and continuously improving it.
• Continuously learn and stay updated with the latest technological advancements and industry trends.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and QA teams to ensure timely deliveries and high-quality outcomes.
• Interact with cross-functional teams to ensure the work delivered creates value for both customers and the organization.
• Take ownership of outcomes and remain accountable for deliverables, while being ready to iterate and pivot when needed.
• Contribute to a positive work environment by actively collaborating with peers and managers to improve the quality of work.
• Learn from peer reviews and feedback, while sharing knowledge and best practices with the team.
