Overview

As a Business Analyst at Spyne, you’ll work closely with Customer Success, Onboarding, Operations, Product and Leadership teams to help them make better decisions using data. You’ll analyze business performance, build dashboards, automate reporting, and identify opportunities to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

Spyne is building the AI operating system for automotive retail. Starting with visual merchandising and expanding into conversational AI, Spyne helps dealers move inventory faster, respond to buyers instantly, and run more of the dealership stack with AI.

Requirements & Eligibility

• 1–3 years of experience in Business Analytics, Data Analytics or Business Intelligence
• Strong SQL skills
• Good knowledge of Excel and Python
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Metabase or similar dashboarding tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Customer Success, Onboarding and Operations teams to understand business problems
• Build dashboards that help teams track performance and make decisions
• Analyze data to identify trends, bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
• Write SQL queries to extract and analyze data
• Use Python and Excel to automate reports and recurring tasks
• Define and track key business metrics
• Perform root cause analysis and support experiments to improve business outcomes
• Present insights in a clear and simple way to stakeholders
