Requirements & Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree (BE, BTech) or Master's degree (MTech) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

Key Responsibilities

• Set and communicate technical direction for development initiatives across mobile and desktop platforms
• Design and implement comprehensive development architectures, frameworks, and best practices that span iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS applications
• Lead the development and maintenance of robust CI/CD pipelines and development infrastructure
• Mentor and coach junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence
• Establish and enforce development best practices, code quality standards, and architectural patterns across all platforms
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and design teams to identify technical risks early
• Own end-to-end development processes, from architecture and implementation through code review, deployment, and production monitoring
• Drive the adoption of modern development methodologies, tools, and technologies
