NXP’s Women in Tech (WIT) program is designed to offer a year-long specialized training to Top 75 selected women engineering students in India.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Women engineering students currently pursuing 3rd semester of B.E./B.Tech./Dual Degree at an approved college/university in India
• Academic Year: 2025-2029 for B.E./B.Tech.
• Students from electronics, computer science and other related engineering courses

Key Responsibilities

• Attend online technical classes focusing on practical and theoretical learning in semiconductor design
• Complete mini and major projects
• Build a network with silicon tech mentors
