Overview

We are seeking an Associate Software Engineer to design, develop, test, and support Java-based financial applications using Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, REST/SOAP services, SQL, and Microservices.

Requirements & Eligibility

• 1-3 years of hands-on software development experience in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring, Hibernate, REST/SOAP APIs, SQL, JSON, XML, and Microservices.
• Good understanding of Object-Oriented Design, Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), Design Patterns, Agile/Scrum, and SDLC practices.
• Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure, Kafka, API Gateway, S3, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, ECS/EKS, and build/version control tools such as Maven, GitHub, Bitbucket, and Subversion.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and support Java-based financial applications using Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, REST/SOAP services, SQL, and Microservices.
• Collaborate with architects, development leads, business analysts, QA teams, and globally distributed technology teams to deliver business requirements.
• Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, architecture discussions, code reviews, Agile ceremonies, and technical documentation.
• Provide production support through incident resolution, root cause analysis, troubleshooting, data analysis, and defect fixes.
• Contribute to ongoing enhancements of enterprise applications while following software engineering best practices and coding standards.
