Requirements & Eligibility

• 5+ years of experience in eyewear design or accessories design (sunglasses/optical preferred)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating range across styles, materials, and design concepts
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and 3D/CAD software (Rhino, SolidWorks, or similar)
• Understanding of eyewear construction, materials (acetate, metal, TR90), and manufacturing processes
• Strong sense of aesthetics, color, and form
• Ability to balance creativity with commercial viability
• Experience working with vendors and manufacturers (domestic and international)

Key Responsibilities

• Design seasonal and core eyewear collections (optical and sunglasses) aligned with brand strategy
• Translate trend insights, consumer behavior, and market research into commercially viable designs
• Develop sketches, CADs, and 3D models for new concepts
• Work closely with product development, sourcing, and manufacturing teams to ensure design feasibility and quality standards
• Oversee prototyping, sampling, and iteration cycles
• Ensure material selection, color palettes, and finishes are aligned with brand guidelines
• Collaborate with merchandising and marketing teams for product storytelling and launches
• Stay updated on global eyewear, fashion, and material innovation trends
