Overview

This is a junior, early-career role for a developer with at least one year of professional experience who is ready to build, learn quickly, and grow with a modern engineering team. You will write real code that ships to healthcare customers while working closely with senior developers and U.S.-based teams who actively invest in your growth through mentorship and code reviews.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Minimum 1 year of professional software development experience.
• Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Desktop (Claude Code) or VS Code with Claude Code.
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience with technologies such as React, Node.js, Python, Angular, SQL, NoSQL, Azure DevOps, Azure Portal services, GitHub, and CI/CD workflows.
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt.
• Minimum qualification: B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE), B.Tech in Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning (AI/ML), or similar software-related degree.

Key Responsibilities

• Write, test, and maintain clean, readable code for features and fixes under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Build applications across the stack using technologies such as React, Node.js, Python, Angular, and SQL / NoSQL databases.
• Use AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Desktop (Claude Code) or VS Code with Claude Code to write, refactor, and debug code efficiently.
• Break down assigned tasks logically and apply strong problem-solving skills to convert requirements into working software.
• Collaborate daily with senior developers, mentors, and U.S.-based teams during overlap hours.
• Participate in stand-ups, discussions, and code reviews.
• Apply feedback from code reviews to improve engineering skills.
• Continuously learn new frameworks, tools, and healthcare domain knowledge.
