Requirements & Eligibility

• 0-2 years of overall Banking experience
• People and Stakeholders Management
• Strong Communication and decision making ability
• Thinking and Problem solving skills
• Customer centric approach to support business growth

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting daily operations and administration of capital account transactions and queries
• Ensure proper mailbox monitoring and timely responses to avoid any escalations
• Co-ordinating with external vendors to ensure timely and accurate completion of all assigned activities
• Supporting automation activities within the team
• Maintain HSBC internal control standards
