Manufacturing Production manages or assists with managing various production activities including planning, directing, and monitoring production to meet established specifications, schedules, volume/cost/wastage targets, and quality standards.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Candidate should hold a Bachelor / Master’s degree in engineering with relevant experience
• Working knowledge of SAP
• Proficient in MS-Office
• Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain HE Safety and Quality standard in production line
• Ensure compliance of safety guidelines and procedures
• Production planning
• Setting daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicating to the employees
• Drive continuous improvement culture -6S, Six Sigma
• Work closely with planning & order handling function to ensure on time delivery to customers
• Close coordination with purchase and stores for timely material availability
• Ensure in process quality checks and skill certification of blue-collar employees
