As an Associate Solution Engineer, you will work directly with Sales and Presales organizations to create strategy, timelines and deliverables that align customer initiatives to BMC Helix solutions — including our AIOps, ITSM, and HelixGPT capabilities.

Requirements & Eligibility

• 1–2 years of experience in a presales, technical sales, consulting, IT support, or related role — or equivalent hands-on project experience.
• Practical understanding of AI and related technologies: comfortable working with large language models (LLMs), using AI coding assistants, building prompts with LangChain or similar frameworks.
• Professional English proficiency is required.
• Business aware, curious by nature, and an everyday problem solver.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales teams to interpret often complex customer needs and develop innovative solutions delivering both business and technical value.
• Simplify the communication of both technical and business content to a varied audience from IT operations teams to C-level executives.
• Active partnership with customers to document their current state, capture applicable metrics, assist in defining the right BMC Helix solution, and build deliverables.
• Deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations, and proof of concepts that bring the BMC Helix platform to life.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools including large language models, prompt engineering, and vibe coding approaches to create differentiated demo assets.
