We are seeking a motivated and analytical Management Trainee to join the BaaS team and support data analytics, business intelligence, and reporting initiatives. This role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data management, dashboard development, automation, and business analysis.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field.
• Certifications in Python programming, data analytics are a plus.
• Fresher graduate or up to 1 year of internship/project experience in data analytics, business intelligence, MIS, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

• Support data collection, extraction, and preparation activities to enable accurate reporting, dashboarding, and business analysis
• Help monitor data quality and identify inconsistencies to ensure accurate reporting
• Contribute to data cleaning, formatting, and organization activities using analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, or Python
• Assist in maintaining and updating existing reports, dashboards, and analytical models
• Perform basic data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
• Work closely with business and cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and business challenges
• Help maintain historical datasets and support trend analysis and performance monitoring activities
• Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives
