Requirements & Eligibility

• Minimum 16 years of education, BE/BTECH/MTECH or similar
• 0-1 years of professional IT Production support experience
• Good Python knowledge
• SQL/PLSQL knowledge & ability to write queries
• UNIX basic scripting / Commands
• Any scheduling tool knowledge (Good if knows CTM/Composer/$U)
• Must be flexible to work in Production support and rotational shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Work in any weekdays or weekend shifts (morning, day & night) on a rotational basis
• Support both On-premises & Cloud (GCP) based applications & processes
• Gain knowledge of existing systems quickly and start supporting
• Work on continuous improvement or automation to get rid of manual tasks/processes
