The User Experience Engineer III will design, build, and maintain full-stack web experiences for the Flights Shopping Platform, focusing on React.js for the frontend and Java/Kotlin for the backend to ensure performant and secure user flows.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field; or Equivalent related professional experience.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs, low-level component designs, and data models.
• Proven ability to own features or services end to end, including development, automated testing, deployment, monitoring, and incident response.
• Practical familiarity with AI-driven tools or systems within the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain full stack web experiences using React.js and Java/Kotlin services.
• Implement clean, reusable UI components and client-side state management patterns.
• Design low-level system components, RESTful APIs, and data models.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of features from technical design through deployment and monitoring.
• Safely integrate and operate AI/ML-enabled solutions.
• Collaborate across engineering, product, and UX to deliver cohesive experiences.
