Machine Learning Engineer

Overview

We are on the lookout for talented individuals who use descriptive, predictive and prescriptive analytics to impact consumer behavior every day as an Associate Data Scientist.

They connect insights to results for our clients by working closely with senior stakeholders, staying in tune with market trends, with the power of our big data assets.

Requirements & Eligibility

  • 0-1 years of experience
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or quantitative discipline (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Mathematics.
  • Strong aptitude in quants and logical reasoning
  • Strong analytic thought process and curious learner
  • Highly motivated and collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Curiosity to learn one or more of data analysis tools like SAS, SQL, Python, R, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, MS Office

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with business stakeholders and experienced colleagues to design and develop analytics solutions that drive Epsilon forward.
  • Apply strong problem-solving skills to analyze data and uncover actionable insights.
  • Learn and work with multiple enterprise data systems like Databricks, Greenplum, Vector Datastores like FAISS, ChromaDB etc.
  • Build scalable analytical solutions to process and analyze internet-scale data with Python and SQL.
  • Proactively communicate with supervisor regarding workload and the status of assignments.
  • Perform hands-on analysis on large volumes of customer’s first-party data and Epsilon’s third-party data to provide quality, statistically valid analysis and related output.
  • Demonstrate proficient problem solving and data analysis, derived from modelling and statistical experience.
  • Take a proactive, independent role in analysis design, project planning and execution.
