As an Executive in our DEC Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations by working on software implementation, application support, and basic web application development for client-facing systems.

The Digital Excellence Centre is responsible for building products and platforms for Deloitte India that focuses on providing extraordinary customer experience by putting design thinking with trailblazing technology in the center of what they do.

Requirements & Eligibility

• 0–2 years of experience in software implementation, application support, or web application development.
• Basic understanding of data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL.
• Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into product configurations, workflows, and implementation solutions.
• Hands-on exposure to web technologies such as React.js, Node.js, or FastAPI is a plus.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, data integrations, and working with RDBMS/NoSQL databases.
• Experience or exposure to deploying or configuring applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on software implementation, application support, and basic web application development for client-facing systems.
• Understand client business requirements and translate them into product configurations, workflows, and technical implementation solutions.
• Apply fundamentals of data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving to troubleshoot and optimize application behavior.
• Develop, customize, and support features using Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL.
• Work with web technologies such as React.js, Node.js, or FastAPI to support modern web applications.
• Integrate systems using REST APIs and manage data flow across RDBMS and NoSQL databases.
• Assist in deploying, configuring, and supporting applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Troubleshoot implementation and production issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact to clients.
