In the HRS Learning & Talent Support Services Associate Analyst role, you will provide support to the team in the delivery of an excellent level of service to the North-South Europe (NSE) firm, ensuring high quality first line learning administration support.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Graduate degree
• 0-1 years of work experience in learning administration, back office service operations, customer service operations
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office package applications

Key Responsibilities

• Adding classes to the Deloitte Learning Management System
• Processing of all scheduled reports
• Provide delegate list.
• Distribution of electronic training materials and pre-work
• Closing classes and processing of post course evaluations and feedback
• Ensure all system related activities or updates are completed accurately in time deadlines and in line with procedural guidelines
• Ensure compliance with appropriate Data Protection legislation at all times
• Working within Service Level and Operational Level Agreements
