You will work on CultureMonkey's core product, an employee engagement platform, picking up real tickets, shipping to production behind feature flags, and owning small features end to end.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Solid fundamentals in any programming language (Ruby, Python, Java, Go, JavaScript, C++)
• Comfortable with SQL and relational data modelling
• Working knowledge of Git and pull request workflows
• Demonstrated hands-on use of at least one AI coding assistant
• Clear written communication

Key Responsibilities

• Fix simple bugs and UI issues
• Build small features (forms, CRUD pages, simple APIs)
• Write and update model, controller, and request tests (RSpec or Minitest)
• Update views, CSS, and JavaScript for minor UI improvements
• Debug issues with guidance from senior developers
• Review pull requests and address review comments
• Write or update project documentation
• Run the application locally, test changes, and report issues
