We're the Canva Education team in India, working to bring creativity, collaboration, and visual communication into classrooms across the country. We partner with state governments, national education bodies, and large school networks to make Canva a safe, inclusive platform for teaching and learning.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Supported SSO, SAML/OAuth, or identity and access setups before
• Know your way around Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 / Entra ID administration, including domain verification, provisioning, and directory sync
• Spent at least 3 years in technical support, implementation, or solutions roles
• Communicate clearly in English and Hindi, both in writing and on calls

Key Responsibilities

• Guiding school systems and Education Depts through SSO setup, domain verification, and account provisioning
• Supporting integration with Google Workspace and Microsoft (Entra ID / Microsoft 365) backends
• Acting as the technical point of contact for State partnership rollouts
• Diagnosing and resolving onboarding blockers alongside school IT admins
• Creating clear, localized setup guides and self-serve resources
• Tracking common support issues and integration patterns
