Requirements & Eligibility

• A portfolio demonstrating expressive, high-craft illustration and graphic design work across a range of styles
• 2–4 years of design or production experience at an in-house creative team or agency, ideally in tech, gaming, or entertainment
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Experience working within brand guidelines and design systems
• Experience working with external partners, vendors, or publishers

Key Responsibilities

• Design and illustrate a diverse range of Collectibles assets across a variety of styles
• Conceptualize, storyboard, and execute illustrations that communicate design concepts clearly within product constraints
• Design in-app marketing layouts for Shop that feel native to the product
• Partner closely with game publishers and vendors to art direct and deliver high-quality assets
• Collaborate with Product Designers, Engineers, and PMMs to ensure creative assets are purposeful, performant, and well-integrated
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, owning asset delivery end to end
• Give and receive constructive feedback in critiques and live reviews
