Requirements & Eligibility

• Minimum 0-2 year(s) of experience in Aircraft Structures
• 15 years full time education
• Proficiency in Aircraft Structures
• Strong understanding of material properties and their impact on structural integrity and performance
• Experience with analyzing and interpreting data related to material behavior under various environmental conditions
• Familiarity with quality assurance processes and standards relevant to material testing and validation

Key Responsibilities

• Expected to build knowledge and support the team
• Participate in Problem Solving discussions
• Assist in the documentation and reporting of material testing results to ensure transparency and traceability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate material solutions into overall system designs
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance material performance and cost efficiency
